Please click here for a printable 'How To' guide for using the Catch Connect services.

Begin by downloading the MWRTA CATCH app - click on the badge at the top of this page for your phone type.
Once you are logged in to the app, visit the 'Contact' button on the bottom right side of the screen, and register for a Catch Connect account. Once you are registered, you will be ready to use the service! Simply wait at the area you are looking to be picked up at, enter the address into the "Current Location" bar on the 'Connect' tab, as well as your destination address, and click to book the trip - no reservation needed!
Once your trip is assigned to a vehicle, you will be provided with an ETA of the vehicle's arrival, and be able to track the vehicle as it makes its way to you.  Please be sure to stand in a safe, visible location so our driver can find you. Once the vehicle arrives, please board and you will be quickly taken to your destination.

If you are not able to use the app, you may call to book a trip - you must be ready at the time you call to be picked up (no advanced reservations accepted). Please call (508) 283-5083.

This service is open to the public. All Catch Connect vehicles are fully accessible, and drivers are thoroughly trained in customer service and ADA requirements.
If you feel ill, or experience flu-like symptoms, MWRTA urges you to stay home and avoid travel. Catch Connect vehicles are equipped with a clear plexiglass barrier to keep both the driver and passengers safe. Visit the MWRTA homepage for more information regarding COVID-19.
