Upcoming Service Changes:
*Network Redesign - September 8 - What You Need To Know
It’s official! Tuesday, September 8, 2026 the MWRTA Network Redesign will launch.
- All new route schedules and maps can be found at: www.mwrta.com/fixed-routes . Schedules now include a "Connect To" section detailing where you can make your transfers!
- Use the MWRTA Live Bus tracker on our website or on the MWRTA Catch App to see where your bus is.
- See missing or new signange? Don't panic! Your bus stop as not been removed. We may have taken down the signage, or it may have old route numbers on it. We are working to update all of our bus stop signage. Can't find a bus stop? You can flag down the bus anywhere along the route that is safe.
- All student and commuter shuttle service will operate as normal. The MCS has been re-named to Route 302, but all of the commuter shuttle stops and timepoints have remained the same.
- All Catch Connect service regions and times will operate as normal.
This is a new change and we will be working through it together! Please plan extra travel time in your day to ensure a smooth transition. There may be some bumps in the road, but we will be working around the clock to smooth them out. If you need help or have any questions, call/email us, chat with dispatch, or find us at a bus stop. We are here to help you!

*Wellesley Catch Connect Changes - July 1, 2026*
Effective July 1, 2026, MWRTA will implement the following changes to Catch Connect Wellesley, designed to improve reliability and streamline service to the service region:
- Will no longer provide service into Needham. Recent accessibility improvements at the Wellesley CR Station now provides riders with direct ADA accessible station access.
- Will no longer provide service to the Waban Green Line Station, but will continue to service the Woodland Station. Stop consolidation will improve overall travel efficiency for those connecting to the Green Line.
- Babson Campus will now be serviced by two designated stop locations:
1. Knight Parking Lot by Malloy Hall - connection to MWRTA Route 1
2. Post Office - 231 Forest St.
Centralizing the stop locations will allow service to be faster, more efficient, and more reliable.
Please call (508) 283 - 5083 or email info@mwrta.com with any questions regarding the upcoming changes.
