Upcoming Service Changes:

*GLC Temporary Schedule Change - Sunday, November 10, 2024*

On Sunday, November 10, 2024, Route 9 will be closed near Maynard Rd to fix the rail road tracks. Due to this, MWRTA Route 7 and GLC will be significantly affected.

-          Route 7: will likely experience significant delays when travelling between Stop & Shop (Temple St) and FSU.

-          GLC: will not travel west past Framingham Center.  When travelling on Route 9 West, the GLC will bear right onto Route 30/Framingham Center, turn right onto Vernon St, circle around the Common, and turn left to merge onto Route 9 East.

Riders travelling west past FSU will need to depart the GLC on Vernon St, and use the foot bridge to make their way to FSU and catch the Route 7.  Riders can also book a trip on the MWRTA Catch Connect – please anticipate significant delays when travelling on Route 9 or near FSU.

Due to this change, GLC time points will likely not be accurate on Sunday – please be sure to use the online vehicle tracker at www.mwrta.com or by using the MWRTA Catch App.

Please also anticipate delays on Routes 2 and 3 when travelling through the Route 9/Edgell Rd intersections.

Please call (508) 935-2222 with any questions.
